Hot Ham and Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 1/2cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 3/4cup milk
- 2/3cup mayonnaise
- 2tablespoons Dijon or whole grain mustard
- 2tablespoons honey
- 1/4lb (about 6 slices) deli ham
- 1cup grated Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Steps
1 Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
2 In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk with wooden spoon to form thick dough. Dump out onto floured surface, and use floured rolling pin to roll into large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
3 In small bowl, beat mayonnaise, mustard and honey with whisk to make sauce. Spread a few spoonfuls sauce on dough (enough to cover). Top with ham and cheese.
4 Starting with one long end, tightly roll up dough. Use sharp knife to cut into 8 equal rolls. Place rolls in baking dish, cut side down.
5 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately with remaining honey mustard sauce.
