Alfredo Chicken Bake
Ingredients
- 1package (9 oz) frozen diced cooked chicken breast, thawed (about 2 cups)
- 1/2cup frozen sweet peas
- 1/2cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz)
- 3/4cup Alfredo pasta sauce
- 2tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/3cup milk
1 Heat oven to 425°F. In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, mix chicken, peas, cheese, Alfredo sauce and almonds. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
2 In small bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by about 12 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture.
3 Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
